Password Resets can be accomplished by self-resetting their password

To do so, navigate to the support portal at https://support.armory.io

1. In the Upper Right corner, click on Login
2. Click on Forgot Password? and a new screen will load
3. On the Identify screen, enter the email address of the user to be reset
4. On the Verify screen, enter the username (which should also be the same email address) and click next
5. An email will be sent to the email address shortly.  Follow the instructions in the email to reset the password
